This Rosé is made from handpicked Pinot Noir grapes sourced from two blocks, one planted with the Dijon 115 clone, the other the Pommard clone in marine sedimentary / volcanic & marine sedimentary soils respectively. Mostly held in stainless steel to retain the fresh fruit flavors, a small percentage was aged in neutral oak barrels to add additional texture & interest.
