This fragrant, aromatic blend is sourced entirely from neighbors' high-desert valley vineyards. Hand-picked then whole bunch pressed and aged in neutral oak, this easy drinking wine will drink nicely as a sipper or pair with more robustly flavored fish, chicken and pork dishes. “WildChild” originates from the early versions of this blend that we made from wild fruit from an abandoned vineyard, and because Sam and his wife had recently had an exuberant baby boy. Sam loves dry aromatics...I stumbled on a fabulous dry Gewu¨rztraminer in NZ years ago and have been in pursuit ever since...here’s a version: a fragrant, aromatic blend sourced entirely from their high desert vineyards. This wine will drink nicely as a sipper or pair with more delicately flavored fish, chicken or pork dishes and most Asian foods. Serve chilled. Blend: Chardonnay 20%, Malvasia 20%, Viognier 30%, Symphony 20%, Pinot Gris 10%
